What can I expect in a Broga® class?
Broga® is a whole body power workout for those looking to challenge themselves and take their fitness further. You’ll get that pumped-up feeling you get from a really good work out and a deep flexibility and relaxation feeling from ‘working-in’.
After a warm up you’ll move on to the main muscle building section with each class focusing on a particular area – i.e. legs, arms, back.
Here at Ella & Fleur Hot Yoga we perform our Broga® classes in a heated room; so prepare to get your sweat on!
Give it time, after a month you will really notice an improvement in your flexibility, strength, stamina and mobility.
What is Broga®?

Broga® is a trademark signature yoga practice designed for athletes – both male and female. It is a strong, intense and physically challenging workout.

After the class
Make sure you keep yourself hydrated for the rest of the day.
You may feel exhilarated after your first class or you may feel exhausted. If you do feel exhausted that’s perfectly normal for your first class. Try to get yourself to another class soon as you’ll be amazed and how much easier you find it, how fabulous you feel afterwards and how addicted you’ll become to hot yoga!
