Yoga for Fitness
A whole body workout using poses for flexibility, incorporating strength and movement. This class is for anyone looking to build on their overall fitness, to benefit not only yoga practice, but also weight training, running, swimming or any other form of physical training. A strong class especially good for increasing ranges of motion in parts of the body with restriction such as shoulders, back and hips.
A late cancellation fee of £10 will apply if the cancellation occurs within two hours of the scheduled start time of the class.
