This 6 week course is an introduction to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga guiding you slowly and safely through the basics of yoga. It will provide you with a solid foundation and detailed explanations of the postures. It will also focus on the breath work and a gentle understanding of what we are trying to achieve on our yoga mat.
The course will be taught by Ann Carroll who has over 10 years experience of teaching Ashtanga Yoga. Ann also specialises in Thai massage and Shiatsu, she has a deep and thorough understanding of the human body meaning the class will be perfectly tailored to your needs.
