Flying above Fear: Fun with Forearm Balance
This Forrest inspired yoga workshop with Dr Celia Swan includes:
- A juicy asana sequence to prepare your shoulders, and confidence, for arm balances
- Exploring what restricts us mentally and physically in these poses and starting to break down these barriers
- Learning correct alignment for a safer more effective practice
- Hands on adjustments and partner work
Dr Celia has taught Forrest inspired Yoga for 8 years under the mentorship of Jambo Truong, Senior Forrest Yoga Guardian. She completed her Forrest Yoga Advanced teacher training with Ana Forrest in Hong Kong. Previously to this she taught Vinyasa Flow. When not teaching Yoga she works as a full time GP registrar, looks after a little baby, and enjoys running in muddy places.
Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can discuss injuries and get set up.
