HIIT camp

An hour of intensity challenging you physically and mentally, this group exercise experience is designed to strengthen and tone targeted muscle groups.

Utilising a variety of functional bodyweight exercises and incorporating elements of High Intensity Interval Training, the format will constantly change to challenge your body and keep your mind guessing. The room is filled with sound and energy to keep you motivated throughout the class and buzzing for hours afterwards.
