Liv loves to cherish a balanced and healthy lifestyle through areas of fitness, yoga and nutrition. After training as an actress at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, Liv’s found love for strength and alignment took her into personal training and group exercise. She loves working between a euphoric and intense vibe in her spin classes and the stillness and inner peace received in her yoga practice.
On the bike she likes high energy and sweaty workouts – using strong rhythm and the latest tracks to work the body, mind and spirit.
On the mat she focus’ on the importance of an effortless practice (a quality she has honoured since her training with Lalit Kumar in Ireland and Goa) allowing the body to flow mindlessly with controlled breathing, whilst seeking stillness in the most dynamic of Ashtanga Vinyasa flows.
