Mary started to practise yoga intermittently whilst reading Drama at the University of Manchester. However, it was't until two years ago and back in her native Gloucestershire that she started to attend classes frequently and 'got the bug.' Her love of yoga took her to Goa, India in April 2015 where she completed a 200hr course in Ashtanga/Vinyasa Flow at the Sampoorna Yoga School.
Mary's classes focus on a dynamic Vinyasa Flow practice to gain both flexibility and strength in the body. Expect to work vigorously through flow sequences based around sun salutations leading to some more gentle stretching and unwinding at the end of the class.
