As a yoga and mediation teacher, I guide people from all backgrounds to learn how to cultivate inner stillness, well being and peace, and carry it through their everyday lives.
I have been practicing meditation since 2006, training in the practice of Insight Meditation (Vipassana), and recently trained as a yoga teacher. Alongside practicing yoga, learning to meditate taught me a life changing skill, helping me to find calmness and clarity, overcoming stress and anxiety.
While these practices have been around for thousands of years, they are just as relevant for people today, helping people from all walks of life in the midst of our chaotic and hectic modern world.
