Are you looking for a comprehensive introduction to yoga to build your confidence, mobility and strength? Keen to learn with a like-minded group of souls at a similar ability level to you? This course is for absolute beginners who are looking to connect the body with the mind through movement and breath.
We add a gorgeous heat to the mix for every session to allow your body to warm up and stretch more easily into the poses. I will be teaching foundation breath-work, asana's from Vinyasa and Hatha styles of yoga and breaking down each beginner level pose so that they can be easily understood and mastered.
By the end of the 5 week course, you will also learn how to connect these asana's (poses) with breath-work into a simple and restorative flow - via Surya Namaskar A & Surya Namaskar B. These are the foundational flows of movement found in Vinyasa style yoga. There are only 10 places for this course. It will be running every Sunday evening (for 5 weeks) at 7.45pm at Ella & Fleur Hot Yoga Studio from Nov 18th 2018, finishing on Dec 16th.
Please ensure to bring plenty of water and a small towel for every session. This is a beautifully restorative course that will bring peace to your mind, body and soul and a solid foundation and confidence to your new journey of yoga.
