Hot yoga is a series of postures and breathing exercises performed in a heated room. The heat allows the body to stretch and compress more deeply, easing muscles and joints, preventing injury and aiding the healing of existing injuries. Each posture will stretch the entire body, strengthen and tone the muscles.
