We set up Ella & Fleur Hot Yoga as a purpose built hot yoga studio in the centre of Cheltenham where we have a promise to provide a great selection of yoga classes and workshops taught by passionate, experienced instructors. We welcome, support and encourage each and every one of our students and provide a vibrant environment and yogi community focused on health, happiness and wellbeing.
A passion for hot yoga
We were introduced to hot yoga as an alternative to traditional yoga when we used to work in London. We immediately fell in love with it and set up our own classes from an existing studio in Swindon soon after. We always wanted to create our own studio and so Ella & Fleur Hot Yoga was subsequently born when we took over our current studio in Cheltenham back in 2014. Since then we've expanded into a second studio and introduced a wide range of classes to suit our ever growing yogi clients.

We love hot yoga as the heat allows the body to stretch and compress more deeply, easing muscles and joints, preventing injury and aiding the healing of existing injuries. In our studio the heat is provided from a state-of-the-art heating system that delivers heat to the main studio quietly and efficiently with the capability of warming the room to over 45 degrees.
Each posture is specifically designed to not only stretch the entire body, strengthen and tone the muscles of the body, but also to massage the internal organs. The heart, lungs and circulatory system are required to work harder, giving you a cardio vascular workout.
The warmth also promotes detoxification through sweating. This series of over 50 postures is designed to deliver total health through balancing and strengthening every system in the body in order to prevent illness, injury and limiting the effects of ageing. It is also a highly effective way of losing weight. During class your body burns fat more effectively; fat may be redistributed and burned as energy and your metabolism speeds up the breakdown of glucose and fatty acids.
