Absolutely brilliant! The most amazing yoga I have ever experienced, all instructors push you but at the same time are very mindful of your personal limitations/ any injuries. They have classes for all abilities, would highly recommend to anyone!

Can I attend a hot yoga class if I'm a beginner? Absolutely! Our classes are open to all levels, including beginners. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the poses, providing modifications.
What should I wear to a hot yoga class? We recommend wearing comfortable, moisture-wicking clothing such as shorts, leggings, or tank tops. Avoid heavy fabrics that can restrict movement and hinder sweat evaporation. Please note that hot yoga is practiced barefoot. and adjustments to suit your individual needs.
What do I need to bring with me? It's advisable to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during the class. Additionally, you may want to bring a towel for wiping sweat or to place on your mat for extra grip
