Absolutely brilliant! The most amazing yoga I have ever experienced, all instructors push you but at the same time are very mindful of your personal limitations/ any injuries. They have classes for all abilities, would highly recommend to anyone!
Really friendly and welcoming atmosphere! Classes are suitable for all abilities, I started out having never done yoga and was nervous, but the teachers made me feel at ease and built my confidence. I love the challenge of the heated studios and they have lots of great community events.

Absolutely! Our classes are open to all levels, including beginners. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the poses, providing modifications.
We recommend wearing comfortable, moisture-wicking clothing such as shorts, leggings, or tank tops. Avoid heavy fabrics that can restrict movement and hinder sweat evaporation. Please note that hot yoga is practiced barefoot. and adjustments to suit your individual needs.
It's advisable to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during the class. Additionally, you may want to bring a towel for wiping sweat or to place on your mat for extra grip
