BARE FLOW is a 60 minute high energy, mat-based class.
You’ll move as a group working with the music; flowing through a series of dynamic strength exercises. Props including dumbbells, sliders and resistance bands will be used as we work together to build muscular endurance, stabilise the core and create strong lean muscle. BARE FLOW is curated seamlessly to deep house, making you feel fully immersed within YOUR workout and YOUR time on the mat. BARE FLOW is suitable for all levels and abilities and is done in bare feet.
