Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Ltd
Terms and Conditions (T & C’s) 2016 Spring
1. If purchasing the introduction offer please be aware refunds are not available due to illness or dislike.
2. Memberships (all memberships are on 30 day Rolling Contracts)
2.1 30 day rolling contracts apply for Bronze, Silver, Twice Weekly and Gold membership offers. At the end of the 12 month contract; this would revert to a 30 day rolling contract.
2.2 Any unused classes do not get carried over to the following month and therefore will be lost if not used within the month.
2.3 Contracts can be ended providing 30 day written notice to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
2.4 All monthly membership offers have to be paid by monthly direct debit or by providing valid credit/debit card information which will be kept on your profile and auto payments will be made from the card details provided on a monthly basis. All new contracts require the first month's payment to be taken in advance.
2.5 In an event of a missed payment, I admin fee may be applied of up to £13 per missed payment to recover cost passed on to Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Ltd by a third party.
2.6 “Unlimited” class memberships entitle the student to unlimited classes on a monthly basis however classes need to be booked via “Mindbody”. If the class is not booked; admittance may not be possible due to fully booked classes.
2.7 Bronze memberships entitles the student to attend four classes on a monthly basis only. Additional drop in classes will be at a discounted by £3 per class. Paragraph 2.6 applies.
2.8 Silver memberships entitles the student to attend six classes on a monthly basis only. Additional drop in classes will be at a discounted by £3 per class. Paragraph 2.6 applies.
2.9 The twice weekly contract allows the student to attend 8 classes on a rolling monthly basis. Additional drop in classes will be at a discounted by £3 per class. Paragraph 2.6 applies.
2.10 Gold memberships entitles the student to unlimited classes on a monthly basis however paragraph 2.6 applies.
2.11 Gold memberships, Monthly unlimited yearly unlimited plans are not transferable and classes can only be taken or scheduled by the member named under the membership/unlimited plan.
2.12 Memberships paid for in advance cannot be refunded due to non-enjoyment and/or illness. In the event of illness Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Ltd may upon discretion put the membership on hold until the student is well enough to practice again. Any partial refunds are agreed on by discretion of Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Ltd management staff.
- Class Schedule
3.1 Class schedules can be found at www.ellaandfleurhotyoga.co.uk or via the Mind body website or through a downloadable application for mobile and tablet use.
3.2 Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Ltd reserve the right to alter the class schedule but will make effort to inform all through the Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Facebook business page.
4.1 Workshops and special classes may be held from time to time. Ella and Fleur reserve the right to charge a special premium for these workshops or special classes which may or may not be offered under any of the membership deals.
5.1 Class cancellations can be actioned through the Mind body website or through a downloadable application for mobile and tablet use.
5.2 Class cancellations can also be actioned by calling the Studio on the phone numbers which can be found at www.ellaandfleurhotyoga.co.uk.
5.3 An early cancellation fee of the class cost will apply if cancelled within one hour of the class scheduled start time.
5.4 A failure to turn up to the scheduled class will also result in fee of the class cost being charged against the student’s profile.
5.5. If there are lack of funds/classes available on the student’s profile; this may be back charged when the profile is next topped up of funds.
5.6 Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Ltd reserve the right to apply the early cancellation charge on a discretionary basis.
- Personal Data
6.1 Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Ltd will collect personal data including medical history to allow identification of suitability to carry our physical tuition on the premises.
6.2 Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Ltd will not sell or pass on any personal data disclosed in confidence.
6.3 Personal data may be visible to any instructor or employee of Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Ltd.
6.4 Your personal data stored by Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Ltd through the use of the Mind Body Software utilised at the studio may be viewed upon request. Access to other student’s data will not be authorised.
6.5 An Emergency Contact must be provided by all students in the case of a medical emergency.
- Merchandise/Product Purchases
7.1 All products or Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Ltd merchandise purchased online can only be collected from the studio in person.
7.2 home delivery could be arranged but an additional premium may applied which will be agreed at the time of sale.
7.3 All products which are used for hot yoga or other classes run at the studio will come with a three month warranty period only for product defects.
7.4 All stock is subject to availability and if no stock is currently available an order will be placed by Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Ltd as soon as possible. If lead times are not acceptable a full refund will be made available.
8.0 Account Purchases
8.1 Account purchases will only be authorised if there are valid credit or debit card details stored on the students’ profile
8.2 Account purchases may not be authorised at the discretion of the studio staff
8.3 On the 1st of each month – all negative account balances will be automatically transacted through the credit or debit card details stored on the students’ profile.

9. Terms & Conditions
9.1 Ella and Fleur Hot Yoga Ltd reserve the rights to add/delete or amend these terms and conditions from time to time and will publish any changes to all affected.
