Jeni Howland

Jeni has been practising yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching for five years. Jeni teaches yoga classes, and specialises in one-to-one therapy with clients working on injury recovery and postural re-alignment. Jeni also teaches children’s yoga and mindfulness classes, working in schools, after-school clubs and privately. She has studied and practised many branches including Hatha, Ashtanga, Tantra, Iyengar and Kundalini. She has had the privilege of gathering knowledge and guidance from yoga teachers in India, Thailand, the UK and Australia. She completed a Yoga Teacher Training course, accredited by Yoga Alliance, in Thailand in 2013 and has completed Yoga and Mindfulness for Children Teacher Training with The Special Yoga Foundation. Jeni has also trained as a Somatic Movement Therapist and is a qualified Gymnastics coach. As well as teaching Yoga and Somatic Movement Therapy, Jeni works as a Natural Health Practitioner using Systematic Kinesiology.
