Matthew Bazeley

I love yoga because it makes people feel great. I tried many styles before I set off around the world to learn as much as I could. By the end of my adventures I had picked up a teaching qualification from the prestigious Sivanada Ashram in Kerela, India and studied with a number of modern masters. Since then I've completed another qualification in Kundalini Tantra Yoga and I now train aspiring yoga teachers.

Yoga has become a way of life me and I enjoy helping people discover the wider "off the mat" aspects just as much as taking them through the physical sequences. I cater for all abilities and strive to create a relaxed and welcoming environment for exploring yoga.
