Tom started practicing yoga in 2007 to supplement his other fitness training and was immediately hooked. It offered a challenge both physically and mentally, helping to develop concentration and composure. After a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from Bath, he decided to follow his passion and pursue a career in the health and fitness industry.

He loves teaching, helping people to transform their lives by improving their movement, strength, flexibility and general health. He uses a blend of styles (Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Vinyasa flow) to create a challenging, invigorating, but most of all fun practice. He uses flowing sequencing intertwined with the use of breath to allow students to reach their full potential in each asana.
