Hot Hatha Yoga **
In this class you will honour the traditional approach to yoga with the aim of improving the energetic functioning of the body. The poses are held a little longer than in flowing classes to maximize your flexibility and strength. This gives a greater opportunity to perfect your technique, a deeper release of tension and different kind of challenge. You will then finish with a short guided relaxation or meditation so that the mind leaves the class just as revitalised as the body.
Suitable for all abilities.
** Sweat Level 2: This class is of a moderate intensity.
A late cancellation fee of £10 will apply if the cancellation occurs within two hours of the scheduled start time of the class.
