Maddie first found her love for leading group fitness when she began teaching Vibe Cycle over two years ago. Since then she continues to build her knowledge, now working as a Level 3 PT and specialising in many group exercise classes such as HIIT Circuits, Vi-Box, Vi-Power and BARE FLOW. Maddie’s classes flow seamlessly to the music, focusing on form, core stability and building muscular endurance. You will be fully immersed within your workout and leave knowing you have worked to your full potential.
